[HTTP] - Fixing error http 500.19 (0x8007007e)

Receiving error: 500.19 0x8007007e 
"The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid." 

To fix this error do the following: 

Open a command prompt. ​

Type in:

%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe set config -section:system.webServer/httpCompression /-[name='xpress']

If you need to enable it back: 

%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe set config -section:system.webServer/httpCompression /+[name='xpress',doStaticCompression='false',dll='%windir%\system32\inetsrv\suscomp.dll']
